This is my friend Jenny. Jenny was the first in the line of Velociraptor Queens that have ruled the halls of Saranac Lake High School. For four years now a Senior girl has been chosen by the past Queens' based on her love for all things good. Among these are her ability to stand up for herself and others, her tendency to defer judgement, the integrity to be able to discern between appropriate and inappropriate, and the wisdom to give counsel to those who need it. I was chosen as the Queen last year, and this picture was taken right after the coronation of my successor, Nickie. If you look closely, you'll notice the velociraptor headdress that Jenny is wearing.
